My small-group cohorts are like group coaching – but better.

CMD High Performance Cohort

A small, exclusive cohort of women with big running goals. We spend 12 months together, and you get all the tools to explore your potential and improve. This program is very high-touch, and team members will receive a ton of personalization and 1:1 support, while still getting all the benefits of a team-like environment.

This program is for you if…

  • You’re a female 3:05 or faster full marathoner, or a 1:28 or faster half marathoner
  • You have BIG goals for your running and thrive off of having structure and a clear, well-mapped-out, actionable path to improvement
  • You’re coachable and willing to hand your training over to someone else
  • You may have loved being part of a team environment in the past (maybe you’re a former high school and/or college runner), or you’re looking to find your ‘tribe’ in running and racing
  • You’re able to commit to a full 12 months of working together

  • A concrete roadmap to improve and get faster – from 1:1 goal setting calls, to initial fitness testing, to mid-point testing, tune-up races, and feedback on your progress along the way

The Road to Boston Cohort

A 7-month cohort for runners on the cusp of BQing. We’ll leave no stone unturned as we work together towards your qualifying time. During our time together, we’ll do 6-8 weeks of base building, a full 16-20 week marathon build-up, and then 2-4 weeks of recovery, regrouping, and recapping – depending on when your goal race is.

This program is for you if…

  • Are a male or female marathoner within 5 minutes of their Boston qualifying time – or whose training or other PRs indicate they should be within 5 minutes of their BQ time

  • Have serious running goals, but also thrive off community, camaraderie, and being surrounded by others at a similar place in their running journey

  • You’re excited about the prospect of pouring yourself into a focused, dedicated marathon block this Fall, and are ready to give this goal your all!

  • You’re coachable and willing to hand your training over to someone else

  • You’re able to commit to a full 7 months of working together
